  • According to the new Tunisian finance law, and from January 1, 2018, a tourist tax would be applied to customers staying in Tunisian hotels, regardless of their nationality.
  
  

  
  

     - This tax would be paid in Tunisian Dinars by the customer on site at the hotel and will be mentioned in the invoice.

  
  

     - The Tax is of the order of 03 Tunisian dinars (about 01 Euro) per night, and per adult "children under 12 years old are exempt"

  
  

     - This tax is limited to a maximum of 07 continuous nights even if the stay is more than 7 nights.
