The tourist tax will be paid in Tunisian Dinars by the customer on site at the hotel and will be mentioned in the invoice.
Article 46 of the finance law for the year 2024 has fixed the amounts of the tax due by each resident whose age is over 12 years old according to a pricing that takes into account the tourist establishment or premises intended for rental having hosted residents and the application of these amounts to nationals of the Arab Maghreb Union. In addition, the amounts of the tax for foreign residents have been recorded as follows :
Tunisians and UMA: 3TND Ten consecutive nights
Foreigners : 12TND Ten consecutive nights

La taxe de séjour sera payée en Dinars Tunisiens par le client sur place à l’hôtel et sera mentionnée dans la facture.
L’article 46 de la loi de finances pour l’année 2024 a fixé les montants de la taxe due par chaque résident dont l’âge est supérieur à 12 ans suivant une tarification qui prend en considération l’établissement touristique ou les locaux destinés à la location ayant accueilli des résidents et l’application de ces montants aux nationaux de l'Union du Maghreb Arabe. De plus, les montants de la taxe pour les résidents étrangers ont été relevés comme suit :
Tunisiens et UMA : 3TND Dix nuitées consécutives
Etrangers : 12TND Dix nuitées consécutives
